Dr. Kevin L. Ross is a psychologist with over 25 years of experience in the behavioral health industry.

He started PAC Program in 2003 to provide outpatient treatment for addiction and mental health problems in NYC. He has received the Award of Excellence from the U.S. Marine Corps.
