Tim Scanlan is more than just the Executive Director of Prescott House; he is a living testament to the program’s success. After finding his own path to long-term recovery here in 2014, Tim dedicated his career to helping other men find theirs. With years of experience spanning from admissions to executive leadership, Tim brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal lived experience to his role. He truly believes in the Prescott House mission because he knows firsthand that it works.

With a 15-year background in high-stakes emergency medicine, Stephen brings a calm, deeply empathetic, yet grounded approach to mental health. He is uniquely skilled at navigating the complexities of early recovery, balancing compassionate support with the firm clinical boundaries men need to achieve long-term sobriety from severe process addictions and co-occurring disorders.

Jon Landis bridges the gap between clinical teams, families, and professional partners nationwide. As a former collegiate athlete and a proud Prescott House alumnus, Jon combines operational leadership with profound personal insight. He is dedicated to helping individuals find effective, long-term recovery while building ethical, transparent relationships within the behavioral health community. Originally from Iowa, Jon and his wife now call Prescott home, where he stays actively involved in local 12-step recovery and sponsorship.

As Program Manager and a 2013–2014 alumnus, Coby Gravel leads the day-to-day operations and our team of case managers and technicians at Prescott House. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Coby transformed his own life here after years of struggle. Today, he uses his lived experience to help men build life skills, accountability, and true independence. Known for his rare blend of firm boundaries and genuine compassion, Coby excels at teaching men how to take ownership of their recovery, earning their deep respect along the way.

Armed with a BS in Business Administration and a passion for modernizing operations, Mike has spent years streamlining the facility’s systems. But Mike is more than just our Business Administrator; he is a November 2014 alumnus. Having experienced the revolving door of short-term treatments, Mike found lasting recovery at Prescott House because it gave him the foundation to build a real life and a lifelong 12-step network. Today, he dedicates his career to keeping our facility strong so we can continue doing what works.
