Tim Scanlan is more than just the Executive Director of Prescott House; he is a living testament to the program’s success. After finding his own path to long-term recovery here in 2014, Tim dedicated his career to helping other men find theirs. With years of experience spanning from admissions to executive leadership, Tim brings a unique blend of professional expertise and personal lived experience to his role. He truly believes in the Prescott House mission because he knows firsthand that it works.

With over two decades of clinical experience, Jeff is a highly credentialed specialist (CSAT-S, ICGC-I) leading our programs for intimacy disorders, betrayal trauma, and gambling addiction. He brings a grounded, evidence-based approach to helping men break destructive behavioral cycles and rebuild their lives.

Stephen Aiello is a Board-Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who provides comprehensive psychiatric care and medication management for the men at Prescott House. With a 15-year background in high-stakes emergency medicine, Stephen brings a calm, deeply empathetic, yet grounded approach to mental health. He is uniquely skilled at navigating the complexities of early recovery, balancing compassionate support with the firm clinical boundaries men need to achieve long-term sobriety from severe process addictions and co-occurring disorders.

Jon Landis bridges the gap between clinical teams, families, and professional partners nationwide. As a former collegiate athlete and a proud Prescott House alumnus, Jon combines operational leadership with profound personal insight. He is dedicated to helping individuals find effective, long-term recovery while building ethical, transparent relationships within the behavioral health community. Originally from Iowa, Jon and his wife now call Prescott home, where he stays actively involved in local 12-step recovery and sponsorship.

As Program Manager and a 2013–2014 alumnus, Coby Gravel leads the day-to-day operations and our team of case managers and technicians at Prescott House. Originally from Portland, Oregon, Coby transformed his own life here after years of struggle. Today, he uses his lived experience to help men build life skills, accountability, and true independence. Known for his rare blend of firm boundaries and genuine compassion, Coby excels at teaching men how to take ownership of their recovery, earning their deep respect along the way.

Mike Murphy ensures Prescott House runs smoothly behind the scenes, managing everything from HR and payroll to digital marketing and IT infrastructure. Armed with a BS in Business Administration and a passion for modernizing operations, Mike has spent years streamlining the facility’s systems. But Mike is more than just our Business Administrator; he is a November 2014 alumnus. Having experienced the revolving door of short-term treatments, Mike found lasting recovery at Prescott House because it gave him the foundation to build a real life and a lifelong 12-step network. Today, he dedicates his career to keeping our facility strong so we can continue doing what works.

Steve Dippe is a proud Prescott House alumnus who transformed his life from cycles of incarceration and addiction to becoming our Admissions Coordinator. Having walked through our doors as a struggling client in 2017, Steve knows the Prescott House program inside and out because it saved his life. Today, he specializes in connecting with our most resistant clients, using his own lived experience to break down walls and show men that a life of peace, integrity, and self-worth is entirely possible.

As a Prescott House alumnus with over 18 years of personal recovery, Colten combines his lived experience with specialized clinical training (LAC, Associate CSAT). Known for his authenticity, he has a unique ability to build deep trust with men across all generations, guiding them toward lasting sobriety.

As a Prescott House alumnus and highly trained trauma specialist (EMDR, Assoc. CPTT, Assoc. CSAT), David Glasser uses his lived experience and elite clinical training to help men break the cycle of intimacy disorders. He is deeply passionate about healing the underlying trauma driving addiction and providing a framework for partners to heal from betrayal.
